The house is within 5/10 minutes from 8+ golf courses, tennis courts and villages with restaurants and local markets. Valbonne village, one of the prettiest is 5 minute drive. Grasse the perfume capital is only 10mn away. Cannes is a 20 minute drive. The house is fully equiped and all bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.
